Brand strategy studio — health, fitness & wellness

Most brands market what they sell. We build brands around what people actually need — including what they’d never say out loud.

Liana Vibes Studio is a brand strategy studio for health, fitness, and wellness companies. We start with the psychology driving your audience’s decisions, then align positioning, messaging, design, film, content, and search around it — so every touchpoint builds the same belief.

The problem they actually feel

Your marketing is running. Your brand still isn’t landing.

You’re posting. You’re running ads. Maybe you rank. But new people still show up asking what makes you different, and the answer changes depending on who they talked to.

That’s not a content problem. It’s a coherence problem.

A designer interprets you one way. A video person another. An SEO agency writes for algorithms. A social manager writes for reach. Each one is competent. Together they produce seven versions of your company — and your customer has to reconcile them.

They can’t. So they compare you on price.

The line in the sand

We don’t sell disconnected marketing. We build brands people choose before they compare.

Comparison is what happens when a brand hasn’t given someone a reason to already want it.

Our work is to build that reason — and then make sure every single place your customer meets you says the same thing, in the same voice, from the same understanding of who they are.

Strategy that understands the person before the category.

The method

We don’t start with content. We start with people.

The Liana Vibes Method™ is our audience research and messaging framework. It goes past demographics into pain points, motivations, emotional drivers, and tertiary needs — the needs underneath the stated ones, the things people feel but rarely say.

Once we understand that, we translate it across the full brand experience — and test the insight against real audience behavior.

Look beneath the stated need.

WHAT SHE SAYS

“I want to lose fifteen pounds.”

What she may actually need

“I want to feel like myself again — and I’m afraid I’ve already lost that.”

The goal isn’t attention. It’s recognition — the moment someone thinks they get me.

The philosophy

Attention fades. Resonance compounds.

Every interaction teaches someone something about you.

A video creates an impression. Your website confirms or contradicts it. The front desk adds evidence. That evidence becomes belief, and belief decides how the next interaction gets read.

This is the Recursive Resonance Loop™ applied to brand. Nothing resets. It accumulates — into reputation, trust, and preference, or into confusion.

The obvious objection

“Can one studio actually do all of that?”

Fair question. Here’s the honest answer.

Strategy is not delegated. I lead it directly — positioning, audience research, messaging, and creative direction come from one mind, which is the entire point.

Execution is handled by a small, vetted group of specialists I’ve worked with for years — editors, designers, developers, media buyers — briefed against one strategy and one standard.

Specialist-level craft. One coherent brand.

LIANA

Strategy takes someone who can see the whole system.

I trained in integrative medicine through the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. I studied attachment theory and trauma-informed practice. I built a career in brand strategy, design, and film.

For a long time those looked like separate interests.

Integrative medicine changed how I understood health. Attachment theory changed how I understood people. Brand strategy changed how I understood businesses.

Eventually I realized I was looking at all three through the same lens: systems. Nothing meaningful exists in isolation.

That’s the through-line in everything I build — including The Liana Vibes Method, the Recursive Resonance Loop, and the Integrative Fitness positioning I developed for Live Fit Gym.

Proof

The work should change what people understand, feel, and choose.

Selected work showing how audience insight, clear positioning, and cohesive execution can create meaningful brand and business change.

Featured case story

Live Fit Gym

Fitness & wellness · Brand strategy, positioning & integrated marketing

01 / Before

Across eight San Francisco locations, Live Fit Gym lacked a cohesive identity and clear positioning. Fragmented messaging made its integrated fitness and wellness offering difficult to recognize—and harder to defend against larger, lower-priced competitors.

02 / The work

We led the brand audit, audience research, competitor analysis, positioning, and messaging—then created Integrative Fitness powered by LFG™ and carried it through content, social, paid media, email, direct mail, signage, and the in-gym experience.

03 / After

Live Fit Gym emerged as a unified premium-growth brand with a clear, ownable story connecting fitness, recovery, and wellness. Every channel could now reinforce the same reason to choose the business.
